We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your goods to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, in its original packaging, unused, and returned in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Items sent to us without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Damage and problems Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered so that we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, in particular opened, unsealed or used tea products, as well as custom-made or personalised items. We also do not accept returns of promotional items or gift vouchers. If you have any questions about specific products, please contact us.

Exchanging a purchased product due to change of mind or the preference of another product over the purchased one, is impermissible.
